The job
A minute of setup. Then it runs without you.
- 01
Tell us where the cans live
Address, collection day, and the exact spot — behind the garage, past the gate, side of the house. Add a gate code if we need one; only the runner working your street that day can see it.
- 02
We take them down the night before
Your runner rolls every can to the curb and spaces them the way your hauler wants. The timestamped photo lands the moment it's done, so you know before you go to bed.
- 03
We bring them back that morning
After the truck passes, cans return to the exact spot they came from — not left at the curb until the weekend. Second photo, and the ticket closes out.
- 04
Need something hauled? Ask.
Cans full before trash day, a couch to get rid of, a turnover between guests. Request it from your dashboard and we quote before we charge.
Straight answers
Questions people actually ask.
- What if it snows?
- We run anyway. Central New York takes 100+ inches a year — a hauler that quits in January is no hauler at all. We clear a path at the curb so the plow doesn't bury your cans.
- What if my cans are already out?
- The runner marks the stop and you're not charged extra. The note shows up in your history.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. That's the whole point. If we need a gate code or a specific way around the property, you enter it once at setup.
- What if you miss a pickup?
- Tell us and that week is free. The photo history means there's never an argument about what happened.
- Can I pause for vacation?
- Skip any date from your dashboard — no charge and no notice period.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in your dashboard, any time. Service runs through the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
