The service
CanMule moves your trash and recycling containers between their storage location and the curb on the collection schedule you set. We are not a waste hauler and do not collect or dispose of waste; your municipal or private hauler does that.
Your setup information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your address, collection days, container location, and any access codes you provide. Missed service caused by inaccurate information is not eligible for credit.
Billing and trials
New properties include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, plans bill weekly in advance. Prices are per property.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Service continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not require advance notice.
Missed service
If we miss a scheduled stop and the cause is ours, that week's service for the affected property is credited in full.
Limits
We may skip a stop when conditions are unsafe, access is blocked, or a container is overloaded beyond what one person can safely move. Skipped stops are recorded with the reason in your service history.
