What we collect
Your name, email, phone, service addresses, container locations, any access codes you choose to store, and the photos our runners take at each stop.
Access codes
Gate and door codes are shown only to the runner assigned to your street on the day of service, and to our dispatch staff. They are never shared with other customers or sold.
Service photos
Photos exist to prove a stop happened. They are retained for the window included in your plan, then deleted.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only a customer reference and subscription status.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the vendors required to run the service — payment processing and hosting.
Deleting your data
Email hello@canmule.com and we will delete your account, addresses, and photos, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
